I've never been a girly girl, because although I could never afford to do other than to eyeliner. So kind of wasted Foundation yesterday and bought a new lip gloss color, and precise Eyelights Cover Girl mascara, eyeliner and eye shadow for brown eyes.
Can anyone give me some advice on the implementation of these types of makeup.
btw I know Eyelights specific instructions.
