What is a good workout to get rid of belly fat? - workout tip for woman

I have a dog "small", since most women. I tried to get rid of it and need some advice. Also good leg exercises to train my thighs?

Cardiovascular (walking, hiking, etc.) 30-50 minutes 4-5 times per week. if you lose - you can not choose which part of your body.

certainly a good abdominal routine 3 days a week cardio

Ask a lot of squats and try to take a class. I like running, you should try.

Daily exercise, like running around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day to 3 times per day
Do not eat until full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drink lots of water and leave all the fast food and chocolate.
